Dark – Elite Blue Roan Draft Cross Gelding

$11,000

Dark is comfortable for riders of many experience levels and has been enjoyed by both children and adults. He rides Western, English, bareback, bridleless, and at liberty, and he is also trained to drive. His smooth, balanced movement, correct leads, comfortable extended trot, beautiful lope, pivots, and excellent lateral work make him a pleasure in the arena.

On the trail, Dark is confident and sure-footed. He handles water, logs, bridges, rocky ground, and varied terrain with ease and remains relaxed around traffic, wildlife, livestock, dogs, machinery, and everyday distractions. He can ride out alone or with a group and remains dependable even after time off.

Dark is also experienced in harness and can be driven single or double. He is easy to catch, stands quietly for grooming and tacking, loads and hauls well, and is comfortable around the farrier and veterinarian. He gets along with other horses and has excellent barn manners.

Dark is sound, current on Coggins, and free of vices. Whether you’re looking for a versatile trail horse, an English or Western prospect, or a dependable driving partner, Dark is ready to impress.
