$5,500

Maxy is a handsome 5-year-old Friesian Sport Horse gelding standing 15.3 hands tall with a striking jet-black coat and an athletic, well-balanced build. Gentle, dependable, and versatile, Maxy is the perfect partner for riders looking for a safe and enjoyable horse that excels both under saddle and in harness.

Maxy has been extensively trail ridden by riders of various experience levels and is confident in all kinds of terrain. He easily crosses creeks, logs, hills, and rough trails while remaining calm and willing. Whether riding alone or with a group, he is relaxed, sure-footed, and always eager to please.

In the arena, Maxy is well-trained with smooth transitions, easy lead departures, responsive leg cues, and a soft feel in the bridle. He rides comfortably in both English and Western disciplines, making him an excellent choice for pleasure riding, trail adventures, or continued training in your favorite discipline.

One of Maxy’s standout qualities is that he is also trained to drive. He confidently pulls a carriage and remains quiet and composed on country roads and around traffic, making every drive relaxing and enjoyable.

Beyond his riding abilities, Maxy has a fun personality and knows a few entertaining tricks, including lying down on cue and sitting on command. He has excellent ground manners, gets along well with other horses, and is easy to handle in every situation.

Maxy loads and hauls quietly, stands patiently for grooming, bathing, clipping, shoeing, and veterinary care, and is a pleasure to own. He is 100% sound, has no bad habits or vices, and is current on routine care.

If you’re looking for a beautiful, trustworthy, and versatile Friesian Sport Horse that is ready to enjoy from day one, Maxy is an outstanding choice.
