Dappy Boy – Elite Dapple Grey Draft Cross Gelding

$9,500

Dappy Boy is an impressive 7-year-old Draft Cross gelding standing 16.3 hands tall with a stunning dapple grey coat and powerful build. He combines eye-catching presence with a gentle, calm personality, making him an excellent choice for riders looking for a big, safe, and versatile partner.

Dappy Boy is well-trained and comfortable in the arena, where he walks, trots, and canters willingly. He has been exposed to obstacle work and confidently handles a variety of trail challenges. His quiet demeanor has also made him a wonderful partner for veteran groups and therapy settings.

One of his special talents is laying down on command and side passing toward a mounting block, making mounting easier despite his impressive size. He is equally comfortable under saddle or in harness and can be hitched to a wagon or cart for relaxing drives.

Dappy Boy has excellent ground manners and stands quietly for the farrier, veterinarian, bathing, clipping, and grooming. He is easy to handle and enjoys attention. He is sound, dependable, and free of known vices.
