To provide personalized service while ensuring our horses receive the care and attention they deserve, we operate through a simple appointment and purchasing process.

Viewing Appointments

Ranch visits are available by appointment only. Appointments allow us to dedicate the appropriate time to each prospective buyer and provide an opportunity to meet and evaluate the horse you’re interested in.

Because our horses can receive considerable interest and may sell quickly, we encourage serious buyers to contact us as soon as they find a horse they’re interested in.

Reservation Deposit

A 40% refundable reservation deposit is required to secure a viewing appointment. This allows us to:

• Reserve the horse specifically for your appointment
• Temporarily remove the horse from active sale consideration
• Provide dedicated time and attention during your visit
• Arrange availability for evaluation and riding, when appropriate

If the horse does not meet your expectations during your visit, the reservation deposit is fully refundable. If another horse in our program is a better match for your needs, the deposit can be transferred toward that horse.

When Is a Horse Officially Reserved?

A horse is considered officially reserved once:

• The required reservation deposit has been received
• A signed purchase agreement has been completed

This process helps us maintain a fair and organized experience for all prospective buyers while protecting the availability of each horse.

We offer several convenient payment options for customers purchasing horses either remotely or in person.

Cryptocurrency Payments

For customers who prefer cryptocurrency, we may accept selected digital currencies, including:

Personal Checks

Personal checks may be accepted. However, horses cannot be released or transported until the payment has fully cleared. Depending on the financial institution and circumstances, this process may take up to 14 days.

Once you’ve selected your horse, our team will provide a detailed purchase agreement for your review and signature.

Bank wire transfers are often preferred because payment can typically be confirmed quickly, allowing us to move forward with the final paperwork and transportation arrangements.
